INGREDIENTS
¼ cup of organic popcorn kernels (Try Eden Foods 100% Whole Grain Organic Popcorn)
1 tin of VerMints Organic Gluten-Free Café Express mints, crushed
6 oz of organic, white chocolate, melted (Lieber’s has some great vegan white chocolate chips.)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pop your popcorn – use an air popper or a stove top. Whichever suits your fancy!
2. Crush your VerMints
Organic, Gluten-Free Café Express mints. Crush however you see fit: Drive over
them with
a Hummer, put them in a bag and flatten then with a rolling pin,
whack ‘em against the countertop. Choose
your weapon and make it happen.
3. Melt the organic white chocolate on a stove top per package directions.
4. Mix the popcorn, crushed VerMints Organic Gluten-Free Café Express mints, and melted organic white chocolate in a bowl.
5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let cool for 30 minutes on the counter or in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
6. Break it up, put in a bowl, snuggle up with your honey, press play, and chow down.
