Refund PolicyVerMints does not offer refunds on items sold by VerMints Inc. All sales are final. We will gladly replace any item which is damaged or defective. Please refer to the Return policy for return information.
Privacy PolicyWe implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
VerMints only uses personal information to process orders. Your information will never be shared with anyone, sold to any organization or be used in any other manner not associated with processing orders.
Returns PolicyVerMints products over 25 days old from the confirmed delivery date may not be returned for any reason.
Shipping for all returned VerMints products will be paid for by the customer unless VerMints ships an item in error.
Items shipped back freight collect or COD will be refused.
We reserve the right to not allow any item to be returned unless it is defective.
All returned VerMints products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All items must be in original packaging and unopened.
Shipping PolicyWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please enter the appropriate shipping address based on the type of shipping courier you choose at check out. If you choose USPS and have a post office box address, you should have your package sent to the post office box address.
Estimated Delivery TimesMost online orders from VerMints ship between 1 - 4 business days from our warehouse. We will always email a copy of your shipping confirmation number to your email address on file, if applicable. This number may not be a tracking number (from the USPS for example) but rather a shipping confirmation number.
When you place an order at VerMints, we quickly fill your order and email you a tracking number as soon as the package is processed and shipped.
US Postal Service ShippingVerMints offers shipping via the US Postal Service for some smaller packages. If a package qualifies for this service, that shipping option will be displayed during checkout. Your USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your VerMints order.
UPS Service ShippingVerMints offers UPS service for shipping. Residential shipments from UPS usually incurs an additional delivery charge.
We are happy to ship packages to our military personnel serving overseas. We will ship packages via the USPS to FPO and APO addresses as long as the package size is not prohibitive.
Orders to Canada and Duty Fees InformationOrders sent to Canada via USPS or UPS may incur Brokerage/Duties, Fees and/or Taxes. These fees are charged by the courier and/or government, and not by VerMints. If a customer refuses a package because of the brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes, we will charge that customer a re-stocking fee of 50% and shipping charges will not be refunded. No exceptions!
PaymentsAll merchandise is payable in U.S. Funds through any of our convenient payment methods. We accept: Visa and Master Card.
All orders paid with credit card are charged immediately once the order has been processed.
