VerMints does not offer refunds on items sold by VerMints Inc. All sales are final. We will gladly replace any item which is damaged or defective. Please refer to the returns policy for return information.

 

Returns Policy

VerMints products over 25 days old from the confirmed delivery date may not be returned for any reason. 

Shipping for all returned VerMints products will be paid for by the customer unless VerMints ships an item in error. 

Items shipped back freight collect or COD will be refused. 

We reserve the right to not allow any item to be returned unless it is defective. 

All returned VerMints products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

All items must be in original packaging and unopened.
